Located in Nice, Cozy loft 2 min walk to train station is 1.1 km from MAMAC. Ancient Fort of Mont Boron is 3.2 km away. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property.
The accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV. There is a seating and/or dining area in some units. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a microwave, toaster and fridge. A stovetop is also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in each unit. Towels are offered.

Please note that for check-in from Monday to Saturday from 12:30 to 20:00, key collection takes place at My Casa, 109 Promenade des Anglais, Nice.
For check-in on Sunday or after 20:00, please go directly to the apartment. A mandatory EUR 20 check-in fee will apply for check-in at the apartment.
Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.
Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.
Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cozy loft 2 min walk to train station in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

《小燕有約》邀請新節目《星鮮話》主持人郭靜，與歷年主持過娛樂新聞的小嫻、陸明君齊聚。張小燕單刀直入問郭靜：「看到《星鮮話》第一集裡面出現緋聞男友小杰，那是妳男朋友嗎？」郭靜立刻喊冤。小燕姐的直球問話讓郭靜嚷著要快筆記主持祕笈，就是「攻擊來賓」！
小嫻回憶最難訪的藝人是謝霆鋒︰「因為他回答最少一個字，最多三個字。」巧的是，陸明君碰到最難訪藝人就是謝霆鋒另一半王菲！也是回答不超過三個字！經驗老道的張小燕說：「碰到話少的人，就是要累死主持人！」

張小燕也分享主持經驗︰「主持是一種學問，最難的是控制自己的情緒！」她憶起曾訪問過一位來賓，明知道對方都在說謊，但是還是得要忍住怒氣把節目主持完，這是一門學問。
張小燕自誇：「我到現在都沒有白髮，不容易吧！像佼佼就沒有像我一樣啦！」回話還可以把徒弟拖下水做效果，展現張小燕的主持功力。張小燕問郭靜：「聽說妳現在覺得主持最難的是cue進廣告？」郭靜坦承：「cue廣告是我現在碰到的瓶頸！」張小燕立馬出考題，請郭靜為這段節目下個段落結尾。

悠遊卡公司表示，近年來積極開拓多元使用範圍，悠遊卡已經不再只是一張交通票卡，現在不論食、衣、住、行、育、樂等範疇都能使用悠遊卡，民眾只要攜帶悠遊卡，不用帶現金出門就能付款，未來也會持續增加使用通路，讓持卡戶走到哪裡都可以「嗶一下」消費。
